Low energy Prairie housing : a survey of some essential features

The energy conservation features employed in most low energy houses in the Prairie region have been air tightness, increased thicknesses of insulation, air-to-air heat exchangers and south-facing windows. This paper is a condensation and simplicfication of more detailed material ( BPN-30, BRN-178 and BRN-176).
