Development of inkjet-printed inverters

We report on the development of the 3-layer-printed organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) and inverters using flexible PET as substrate. A reduction of driving voltage from 15 V to 6 V has been demonstrated by reducing the thickness of dielectric layer on PMOS inverter. Printed CMOS inverter shows an outstanding air-stability without moisture encapsulation.
