Neutron scattering is one of the few experimental techniques that can directly determine the state of confined H2 molecules in microporous solids. In this proposal, we seek to investigate hydrogen densification in both cylindrical and slit pores at a micropore size range of > 1 nm for adsorptive hydrogen storage.
