Reduced Sr1-xLa2/3xTiO3 ceramics, which crystallize with distorted perovskite structures, attract interest as promising high-temperature thermoelectrics. Developing structure-properties relations in these solid solutions requires knowledge of their local atomic arrangements, including those associated with A-site vacancies.
