Objectives: Female condoms are the only female-initiated HIV and pregnancy prevention technology currently available. We examined female condom counseling and provision among providers in South Africa and Zimbabwe, high HIV-prevalence countries. Design: Cross-sectional study using a nationally-representative survey.
